Adri Chavez
Professional Heels Instructor
Adri Chavez is a versatile dancer born in Ecuador and currently based in Toronto. She began her dance career in Ballroom, achieving titles such as Ecuadorian Latin Champion and Pan-American Runner-up. Adriana holds a Minor in Performing Arts, with a focus on Dance, from San Francisco de Quito University. During her studies, she participated in an exchange program at Boston University, where she trained in Jazz and Modern.

Free Heels Dance Fundamentals with Adri Chavez
Build confidence and learn the foundations of heels dance, including posture, balance, confident walks, hip and body movements, and arm styling. Perfect for beginners and dancers looking to refine their technique.

Heels are optional—bare feet, socks, or clean indoor running shoes are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a towel. Knee pads are strongly recommended for floorwork.
